Place an Order

There are two options when placing an Order through the Oxagile Store

·   Contact our sales manager and tell him the product or service name you would like to purchase

·   Place an order through the Oxagile Store. In this case, our sales manager would get in contact with you as soon as possible.

To cancel an order:

For products: You are able to cancel a product order before the product is shipped to you.

For services: You are able to cancel a service order before we start fulfilling the service. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions section of each service for particular cancellation options.

Payment Options

After you place an order through the Oxagile Store, our sales manager contacts you to help you select the payment and shipping options which are most suitable for you.

Oxagile Store has the following payment options available:

·   Paypal

·   Wire transfer

Shipping

Please refer to the Delivery section of the product or service you selected to find out how we ship it.

There is no additional shipping charge for products and services in the Oxagile Store.

Tax

There may be an additional tax added to the initial price of any product or service bought through the Oxagile Store. This depends on your country, state, and federal tax laws.
